Bounce Ball Terms and Conditions — Full Usage Guidelines

Bounce Ball (referred to herein as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bounce Ball and its users.

• Attempting to log in using another user's account credentials.
• Spreading false claims or misleading information about the platform.

If any of the prohibited activities above are proven, Bounce Ball reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account and pursue legal action if necessary.

Bounce Ball may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Opening an account using false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no violations have occurred, the remaining funds will be refunded.

Bounce Ball accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Any losses resulting from the user's own failure to secure their account.
